Using Cedar Planks
Step 1: Place planks into a deep pan.
Soak grilling planks in warm water for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Preheat Oven or Grill.
In approximately 10 to 15 minutes or when the charcoal is predominately ashed over, spread evenly.
Step 3: Place food on planks.
After planks have soaked in water for 15 minutes, place food on the plank and add to grill or over. Close grill lid.
Step 4: Cook until done.
